Ein richtig gutes Sauerteigbrot (natürlich mit Butter, nicht mit Margarine) mit ordentlich Schinken oder Käse drauf, dazu ein bisschen Senf oder ein Klecks Remoulade und ein paar Gurkenscheibchen: Super!. Zum Beispiel: Chorizo. Ich sag nur Nürnberger Bratwurst oder richtig gute Mettenden: zum Fingerlecken. Nicht spanisch, aber uneingeschränkt bit by bit compatible.

Aber ich, als Kind mit hervorragend zubereiteter deutscher Hausmannskost aufgewachsen, sage: because it is wrong.
