Und so lange die Politik nicht ins Mieteigentum mit Gesetzen und Verordungen eingreift oder Sozialbauten fördert, werden Mieten mit der Nachfrage steigen.

Mein Mitpatient fing an, von Bratheringen und Bratkartoffeln zu reden, ich von Miesmuscheln in Weinsud. An dieser Stelle I have to stop writing about alternatives. Gegenüber dem Gemüsegericht hätte ich auch noch knapp 350 Kalorien gespart.

Samstag ist hier offensichtlich Suppen- und Nudeltag. Suppe finde ja immer einen Gewinn, entschied mich gegen Kohlrabieintopf (waren das die Reste der Paprikafüllung?) sowie bunten Nudeln und wählte den deftigen Pichelsteiner Eintopf mit Karamellpudding. Überraschend lecker und laut Speiseplan nur 274 Kalorien. 

Noch ein Wort zu den Früh- und Spätmahlzeiten: Morgens gibt es Brötchen - so viel wie man möchte - aber mehr als zwei nehme ich nie, Wurst, Käse, Marmelade, Honig in reichlicher Menge. Fettreduzierte Butter oder Margarine stehen zur Auswahl. Abends fast das Gleiche. nur dass man Weiß-, Grau- oder Schwarzbrot haben kann. Oder alle drei. Heute gab es statt Gurkenscheiben und Tomatenecken einen richtigen Tomatensalat. Eine willkommene Abwechslung, und sehr erfrischend.

Am morgigen Sonntag steht - wer hätte es gedacht -  Braten auf der Menu: pork mti Bavarian cabbage, boiled potatoes and fresh Obst.Vollkommen surprised me given the Calories: 437 Kalorien.Die of only two alternatives chicken breast fillet in mustard sauce and eggs in advance to lose the pig. Angeblich soll dieser  Classic-Malt  nach Seegras und Pfeffer schmecken, wovon ich aber noch nichts gemerkt habe.

Den Talisker habe ich mir gleich selbst geschenkt, zum Trost, dass ich den Ardbeg am Montag herausrücken muss. War auch noch im Angebot beim Big Market. Kann man da widerstehen? Im Grunde bin ich also ganz froh über die verlorene Wette, warum sonst hätte ich nach Britz fahren sollen. Und die Kollegin wird mir ganz sicher auch einen Schluck von ihrem Gewinn zukommen lassen. Aber erst nach Arbeit ;-)
